The order matters: ice first, then bubbles. It keeps carbonation longer.
Simple ratio
- 3 parts Prosecco
- 2 parts Aperol
- 1 part soda water
- Orange slice + lots of ice
Make it less sweet
- Add more Prosecco
- Use less Aperol
- Try a squeeze of lemon
