The Daiquiri is the best “acid test” for a bar—if it’s good, everything else usually is too.
Ingredients
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz fresh lime
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- Ice
Method
- Shake hard with ice
- Double strain into a chilled coupe
Dial it in
- Too sharp? add 0.25 oz syrup
- Too sweet? add a barspoon of lime
